System Sign In

CLUB COMPETITIONS
  1. Before commencing a round please SIGN IN on the Club System.
  2. Club Competitions available to enter will be displayed. Please take care in selecting the correct Competition.
  3. Your current COURSE HANDICAP and the relevant PLAYING HANDICAP for the Competition you are entering will be displayed as part of the sign in process. Please use these on your scorecard.
GENERAL PLAY ROUNDS
  1. Before commencing a round please SIGN IN on the Club System.
  2. Select the GENERAL PLAY ROUND option and select the Course you are playing
    (White Red or Yellow tees)
  3. You will also be asked to select if the round is to be QUALIFYING or NON-QUALIFYING. (A Qualifying round counts towards maintaining your handicap and will be recorded on your World Handicap Record which you can view via the EG App. A Non-Qualifying round will not be recorded on your World Handicap Record).
  4. During the WINTER PERIOD when we are playing off temporary tee mats all rounds at Vivary are classed as Non-Qualifying. Whilst Club Competitions are immediately set to this status our system software requires that General Play Rounds must be individually set to be NON-QUALIFYING at time of sign in.
